The development of an Android application based on the Apriori algorithm for decision support in the orientation of new bachelors

Abstract

choosing the right career plan is a major concern for new bachelors taking that Professional choice is a complex process that can take many factors in hand. the purpose of this study is to develop a mobile application to help new bachelors choose the right field of study and by that the right career plan . an online survey was distributed to students in BAC year the results of it were used in the generation of association rules using data mining using apriori algorithm . that were implemented after as suggestions for new bachelors in the choosing phase. an optional personal orientation test was used in the application for further help regarding career choice. for the development , we followed the 2TUP using UML and for its realization, we employed a set of platforms and tools such as Vs Code , flutter framework, Json,Php.
