Résumé:
The use of the mother tongue in foreign language teaching classrooms has been a
subject of disagreement for the majority of teachers, since that are advocators and nonadvocators
of its use , especially that the latest versions of English teaching approaches
specifically competancy- based- approach do not advocat the use of the mother tongue .
Considering the issue from one point of view is not evident, so the aim of this research wasto examine this practice from different perspectives
