The present research work studied the relationship between teacher’s extroversion and students’ performance in speaking classes. The aim of this study is to determine whether the extroverted nature of teachers influences students' performance in oral expression class. Thus, it is hypothesized that there is a positive relationship between teachers’ extroversion and students’ performance in oral expression classes.
