dc.description.abstract Self-efficacy is one of the psychological aspects associated with good language learning performance in different contexts. This study investigated the potential relationship between self-efficacy and students’ oral presentation performance at the Department of English at Mohammed Seddik Ben Yahia University, Jijel. Based on this case, it is hypothesized that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and students’ oral presentation performance. In other words, the higher the students’ self efficacy, the better their oral presentation performance will be. To verify the validity of our hypothesis, an oral presentation scale and a standardized self-efficacy test were administered to 30 Master One students to evaluate presentation performance and measure students’ general self-efficacy. In addition, an interview was conducted with five Oral Expression teachers in the same department fr_FR
