Résumé:
The flipped classroom model is an innovative teaching strategy that reverses traditional classroom. It uses educational materials and new methods to conform the learner needs. The current study seeks to explore the EFL learner’s interactions in flipped classroom and traditional classroom. Accordingly, observation in both flipped classrooms and traditional classrooms was conducted with third year English foreign language learners at The University of Mohammed Saddik BenYahia, Jijel, to examine the efficiency of the flipped classroom model compared to traditional classrooms in boosting the learning process. In a similar vein, semi-structured interviews were administrated randomly to five teachers and twenty students attending both classes to probe their perspectives towards the implementation of the flipped classroom model. The findings of the study revealed that the FCM has a significant impact on EFL learner’s academic achievements rather than traditional classroom
