Résumé:
This dissertation explores the restricted growth of start-up incubation centers in
Algeria, with a particular focus on the Wilaya of Jijel. It aims to suggest strategic
development methods for creating efficient entrepreneurial support systems that address local
requirements. The research employs a mixed-methods strategy that combines theoretical
investigation, analysis of international case studies, and a field survey aimed at the general
population, professionals, and specialists. The findings highlight the significance of tailored
site selection, user-focused design, and cooperation among stakeholders to promote
innovation and economic development. The study offers practical recommendations for
developing inclusive, flexible incubation spaces that correspond with local conditions and
assist in closing current gaps in Algeria’s entrepreneurial landscape.
