After the 11th September2001, the transformation ofIslam from a societal problem to a security problem through the logic of security, where Islam has become a violent ideology that incites terrorism, is fueled by the strategy of Preventivestrikes and Proactive strikesIn the Middle East where terrorism has become the violent face of Islamin manyIslamic countries such as Iraq the islamic state which seeking to possess weapons of mass destruction.The post-September 11 US strategy sought to emphasize the violence of Islam and Muslims as a threat to US national identity on the one hand and American and international security on the other, which turned its strategy in the Middle East after 9/11
